Isaac Spedding worked on the Mission-On Stage Challenge and J Rock events as a Camera Operator, Director and Producer.
During the period that he worked for the Stage Challenge Foundation he has proven to be an invaluable member of our production team. Given the nature of the events run by the foundation, this was sometimes extremely complex, and Isaac showed himself capable of meeting the challenge on every occasion.
Isaac has always presented himself as extremely capable and loyal, and as always able to perform any task given to him. He was always prepared to give extra effort in the best interest of the events. He has a huge amount of initiative and was able to see for himself what tasks needed to be worked on and would get stuck into these. He is also incredibly humble and holds a lot of integrity.

I have had the pleasure of working with Isaac Spedding on a recent trip to the MTV European Music Awards in Munich, Germany. Isaac had the responsibility of being the lead cameraman and production assistant on this trip.
It is rare that you find a young person that is passionate, committed and strongly driven on their career path at such a young age. I believe Isaac demonstrates these qualities and has a very successful career ahead of him. Isaac has a strong general knowledge of how to use and operate camera equipment and possesses a naturally gifted creative eye for photographic composition. I would not hesitate to hire Isaac as a freelance cameraman in the future.
From Isaac starting his own production company at a young age to the initiative and skills he demonstrated on the work trip it has become obvious to me that Isaac is one very talented young man. I wish Isaac all the best on his future endeavors and hope that his talent and abilities are developed and used to their full potential.

video clips to be very good and professionally done. It was really
nice for a change to see some steady professional footage taken on a
tripod and good editing of the camera work. Well done to the crew
that organised this. Having videotaped a few events myself, I know
how difficult it can be to get good angles and vantage points, but it
was well put together. It was nice to have the clips available
overnight too, which I know would have taken a bit of time and effort.

I was fortunate in being put in contact with Isaac to make a DVD on education for low back pain. At the time he was a student at college and he showed enthusiasm and commitment for the project from its inception.
He was very focused with the filming and post production editing and his knowledge of software packages for special effects was invaluable in helping to present information. He had very good time management skills and was very well organized. His creativity and ideas throughout the project were reflected in the finished product.
